The mind-body connection is essential to my approach to nutrition, which is holistic, joyful and non-restrictive. I encourage whole, non-processed food over counting calories and dieting. There is not one approach that will work for everyone. Through deep study of raw foods, cleansing, Chinese medicine, macrobiotics, Mediterranean cuisine, Ayurveda, aromatherapy and personal consultation, I create individual plans to help my clients achieve (or surpass!) their expectations. Together, we explore you, and discover the tools to bring flexibility, health, and satisfaction to your life.
